Ito ang panawagan ni Apostolic Vicariate of Bontoc Lagawe Bishop Valentin Dimoc, incoming chairman ng Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines Episcopal Commission on Indigenous Peoples sa lahat ng Arkidiyosesis,Diyosesis, Apostolic Vicariates at Prelatura ng Simbahang Katolika sa Pilipinas.
Ginawa ni Bishop Dimoc ang panawagan matapos ipagtanggol ng pamunuan ng CBCP ang mga Obispo, Pari at Layko na isinasangkot ng Philippine National Police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) sa kasong sedisyon laban sa administrasyong Duterte.
Hinimok ng Obispo ang mga Pari at Obispo na mag-organisa at magsagawa ng regular prayer assembly sa mga parokya at Basic Ecclesiastical Community o BEC na magreresulta sa isang “national solidarity prayer assembly”.
Layon ng prayer intention na magkaroon ng kalinawagan at pagsisisi ang mga nagsisinungaling at nag-aakusa ng maling paratang laban kina Lingayen-Dagupan Archbishop Socrates Villegas,Kalookan Bishop Pablo Virgilio David, Cubao Bishop Honesto Ongtioco,Novaliches Bishop Emeritus Teodoro Bacani Jr.,Father Albert Alejo,Father Robert Reyes at Father Flaviano Villanueva.
Inihayag ng Obispo na mahalagang hilingin sa panginoon na manaig ang “spirit of prophetic courage and hope” sa puso ng mga indeffirent at cynical catholics”.
