Tiniyak ni Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez na tatapusin ng Mababang Kapulungan ang 20 panukala na tinukoy sa pagpupulong ng Legislative Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) bago matapos ang taon.
“Rest assured that the House of the People will remain steadfast and committed to being partners of the Executive Branch to spur economic growth, alleviate poverty, augment healthcare services, and foster job creation for all Filipinos,” ayon kay Romualdez sa isinagawang pagpupulong ng LEDAC kasama ang Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
Sa 20 pangunahing panukal, dalawa ang nasa Common Legislative Agenda (CLA)—ang panukalang pag-amyenda sa Bank Deposits Secrecy Law at Anti Financial Accounts Scamming Act. Ang Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas ang nagpanukala na isama ang mga ito sa CLA.
Ang 18 pang prayoridad na panukala ay ang:

* National Disease Prevention Management Authority
* Internet Transactions Act/E-Commerce Law
* Medical Reserves Corps
* Virology Institute of the Philippines
* Mandatory ROTC and NSTP
* Revitalizing the Salt Industry
* Valuation Reform
* E-Government/E-Governance
* Ease of Paying Taxes
* National Government Rightsizing Program
* Unified System of Separation, Retirement and Pension of MUPs
* LGU Income Classification
* Waste-to-Energy Bill
* New Philippine Passport Act
* Magna Carta of Filipino Seafarers
* National Employment Action Plan, and
* Amyenda sa Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act.
Sa mga panukalang nabanggit, 16 ang naaprubahan na ng Kamara sa ikatlo at huling pagbasa ng First Regular Session ng 19th Congress.
Ang apat na nalalabi ay ang National Rightsizing Program; Unified System of Separation, Retirement and Pension of MUPs; National Employment Action Plan at amyenda sa Anti-Agricultural Smuggling Act.
Matatandaan na 42 ang prayoridad na panukala na tinukoy ng LEDAC para sa First Regular Session ng 19th Congress. Sa bilang 33 na ang pinagtibay ng Kamara.
