Nagluluksa ang Radio Veritas sa pagpanaw ni Mario Garcia, dating Vice President for Programming,at station manager na nagsilbing isa sa mga pangunahing haligi ng misyon ng istasyon sa pagpapalaganap ng Ebanghelyo sa pamamagitan ng media.
Sa pahayag, ikinalulungkot ni Rev. Fr. Roy M. Bellen, Pangulo at CEO ng Radio Veritas, na ipaabot ang pagpanaw ng isang kasamahan na higit pa sa pagiging lider ng organisasyon.
“It is with deep sorrow that I share the news of the passing of Mr. Mario Garcia, our esteemed former VP for Programming. Mario wasn’t just a colleague; he was the heart and soul of our programming, a mentor, and a friend to many,” ani Fr. Bellen.
Kilala si Garcia sa kanyang na dedikasyon sa radio ministry ng himpilan sa paghahatid ng inspirasyon, malasakit, at pananampalataya sa mga tagapakinig sa buong bansa at maging sa ibang panig ng mundo.
“His passion for our radio ministry was infectious. Mario had an uncanny ability to connect with our listeners, understanding their needs and bringing messages of hope, faith, and love to their homes,” dagdag ni Fr. Bellen.
“Mario was a kind and generous soul. He always had a listening ear, a word of encouragement, and a warm smile for everyone he met. His presence brightened our workplace, and his absence will be deeply felt,” pahayag ni Fr. Bellen.
Nagpahatid din ng taos-pusong pakikiramay ang Radio Veritas sa pamilya ni MG at sa lahat ng kanyang mga mahal sa buhay, at tiniyak ang kanilang panalangin at suporta.
“We extend our heartfelt condolences to Mario’s family and loved ones. May they find strength and comfort in the outpouring of love and support from the Radio Veritas community,” wika ni Fr. Bellen.
Bilang pagpupugay sa kanyang alaala, hinimok ng himpilan ang lahat ng kawani at tagapakinig na ipagpatuloy ang misyon ni Garcia sa pagpapalaganap ng liwanag ni Kristo sa himpapawid.
“In honor of Mario’s memory, let us carry forward his unwavering spirit and commitment to spreading the light of Christ through our broadcasts,” diin ni Fr. Bellen.
Nagkaisa rin ang Veritas Community sa pananalangin para sa walang hanggang kapahingahan ng kanyang kaluluwa:
“Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May his soul, and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.”
