Mariin ding tinututulan ng pari ang gagawing pamamahagi ng Department of Health ng condoms sa mga paaralan upang mapigilan ang patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng HIV-AIDS sa bansa.
Nilinaw ng pari na suportado ng Simbahan ang education campaign ng DOH sa mga kabataan sa panganib na dulot ng irresponsible sex hindi ang pamimigay ng condoms na lalong magpalala sa pagkalat ng sakit.
“The Church is supporting the program of DOH in educating the youths especially 16-24 on the danger and evil of irresponsible sex that cause the spread of hiv/aids. Tiniyak ng pari na ABC ang tanging sandata laban sa HIV-AIDS.
