In line with the celebration of the feast of Sto. Niño, Radio Veritas 846 are inviting netizens to join the Auxiliary Bishop of Manila Most Rev. Broderick Pabillo, D.D. in an online prayer meeting on January 15, 2018 at 4 pm.

The Veritas Facebook page will air the hour-long online prayer meeting led by Bp. Pabillo in time for the feast of Sto. Niño.  Veritas846.ph Facebook followers may click on the live video and participate in prayers and activities online. This month’s prayer meeting is in partnership with the Lord’s Flock Praise and Worship Ministry and the Sangguniang Laiko ng Pilipinas.

An online prayer meeting is a gathering within an internet platform such as a website or social media page that aims to connect with one another and unite various prayer intentions.

The Veritas Online Prayer Meeting is aired monthly led by Bishop Pabillo as part of the initiatives of Radio Veritas of expanding the Church in multimedia and reach a nationwide audience as the Catholic Church prepares for the celebration of the 500 years of Christianity in the Philippines.

Radio Veritas President Rev Fr. Anton CT Pascual encourages the public to support the event’s purpose to unite all the Catholic faithful.

“As we are in digital world, we are calling all the Catholic faithful to join us at the online prayer meeting for Sto. Niño and take this opportunity to spread to the world the good news of God by maximizing the use of social media and other multimedia platform,” Fr. Anton said.
