Umaasa si Cagayan de Oro Archbishop Antonio Ledesma na magiging seryoso ang Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte
sa pagpili nang ipapalit kay Gina Lopez bilang kalihim na may pagmamahal sa kalikasan at sa kanyang kapwa.
Ito ay matapos hindi makumpirma ng Commission on Appointment si Gina Lopez bilang kalihim ng kagawaran.
