“October is celebrated buy all Catholics from all over the world as the Mission Month, the event is significant for it reminds us to take part in the mission of salvation. We are not just part of the mission of Jesus we’re also active agents thus we can and must participate in the missionary activities of the Church, all Catholics, baptized Christians must work for the expandment of the kingdom here on earth and we all should experience joy, peace and progress.”mensahe ni Archbishop Tirona.
“We should always bear in mind that all civic and religious activities that involve us must be for the glorification of God and the promotion of dignity of every human being. Our prayers, sacrifices and monetary contributions from our missionaries are concrete way of showing oneness for the universal mission of the Church. We must always be inspired by the work of Jesus and must be motivated by our loving service to God and our neighbors.
“Although we observe and celebrate the Mission Month of October in the Archdiocese of Caceres may all our months and days be moments of participation in the mission of Jesus that brings compassion, joy and peace. Let us promote mission, let us celebrate Jesus, let us move forward and gifted let us give that is the missionary spirit we must all live by.” Ayon pa kay Archbishop Tirona.
Tema ng World Mission Day 2021 ngayong taon ang “We cannot but speak about what we have seen and heard” kung saan mariing nananawagan ang Kanyang Kabanalan Francisco sa bawat isa na higit pang pag-ibayuhin ang pagbabahagi ng habag at awa ng Panginoon.
