Inaanyayahan ng Caritas Manila ang mamamayan na makiisa at maging volunteers ng Segunda Mana Program.
Ibinahagi ng social arm ng Archdiocese of Manila ang kagalakan na maging bahagi sa pagpapaaral ng humigit-kumulang sa limang libong scholars ng Youth Servant Leadership and Education Program o YSLEP.
Ang mga nais na maging volunteers ay maaring maging charity outlet assistant na mangangasiwa sa mga Segunda Mana Stores, Donor Engagement Support at community outreach events.
Maari ding maging warehouse helper na mag-aayos ng mga donated pre-loved items, o maging marketing and awareness advocate na magsisilbing boses ng mga adbokasiya o inisyatibo ng Segunda Mana Program sa social media at pang larangan ng media information.

Make a Difference Help provide education for the underprivileged through the sales generated from donated goods. Gain Experience Mission-driven that focuses on promoting social justice, charity, and community service to serve the poor the marginalized, and vulnerable,” ayon sa paanyaya ng Caritas Manila.
Para sa mga nais maging volunteers ay makipag-ugnayan sa Segunda Mana Program coordinators at magpadala ng mensahe sa email ng [email protected] o tumawag sa mga numero bilang 8-5-6-2-0-0-20- to 25 locals 114,115,141,142 at 146.
Kada taon ay umaabot ng 1,000 hanggang 1,500 ang scholars ng YSLEP na nakakapagtapos ng pag-aaral na sinusuportahan ng Caritas Manila Alumni Association mula ‘enrollment to employment’.
