Hiling ni Bishop Santos, na siya ring rektor at kura paroko ng International Shrine of Our Lady of Peace and Good Voyage o Antipolo Cathedral, na patnubayan nawa ng Panginoon ang mga lubhang naapektuhan ng malawakang sunog upang sa kabila ng kabiguan at kadiliman ay muling mabanaagan ang pag-asa.
Dalangin din ng obispo ang paggabay sa mga may mabubuting kalooban na patuloy na nagbabahagi ng tulong upang maibsan ang pasanin ng mga nawalan ng tahanan at ari-arian.
Prayer for Fire Victims
Heavenly Father, we come to You with heavy hearts, lifting up those who have
been affected by the devastating fires. Lord, we ask for Your comforting presence to fill
each person, especially those who have lost a loved one. In their sorrow, may they feel
Your loving arms around them, providing solace and peace.
For those who have lost their homes and their possessions, we pray for Your
strength and courage to rebuild and renew. Grant them hope in the midst of despair and
light in their darkest hours. May Your blessings be upon them as they seek restoration
and renewal.
We also pray for the kindness and generosity of others to be stirred, that
communities and individuals may be moved to help those in need. Let hearts be open
and hands be willing to support and encourage.
Lord, we ask for Your divine guidance for everyone affected, that they may find
the resilience to rise above their challenges. May they discover new beginnings and
opportunities in the wake of their trials.
Thank you, Lord, for being our refuge and strength in times of trouble. We trust in
Your unfailing love and grace. In Your holy name, we pray, Amen.
