Hinikayat ng Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) ang publiko na sama-samang manalangin para sa ulan at maibsan ang matinding init na nagbabanta sa suplay ng tubig, panamim, kabuhayan at pang-araw-araw na pamumuhay ng mga Pilipino.
Ito ay sa inilabas na Oratio Imperata ng Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP), o espesyal na panalanging humihiling ng pag-ulan, na naglalayong mapunan ang nauubos na pinagkukunan ng tubig, masuportahan ang irigasyon ng mga sakahan, at maiwasan ang posibleng kakulangan sa tubig at suplay ng kuryente.
“We humbly ask you to grant us relief from the extreme heat that besets your people at this time, disrupting their activities and threatening their lives and livelihood. Send us rain to replenish our depleting water sources, to irrigate our fields, to stave off water and power shortages and to provide water for our daily needs,” ayon sa ORATION IMPERATE ng CEAP na binahagi sa mga Pilipino.
Binigyang-diin din sa panalangin ang kahalagahan ng pagbabahagi, paglilingkod at pagtutulungan, partikular sa mga komunidad na higit na bulnerable sa epekto ng tagtuyot.
““Teach us to be wise stewards of your creation so that we may always use them responsibly and protect them from abuse and exploitation. At this time of crisis, dear Lord, move us to share more, to serve more, and to love more,” bahagi pa ng mensahe ng CEAP.
