Isasagawa kasabay ng Kapistahan ni Santa Cecilia, patron ng musika at mga musikero, ang pagtatanghal at pagpaparangal sa finalists ng kauna-unahang Himig ng Katotohanan liturgical song writing contest ng Radio Veritas 846.
Gaganapin ito sa Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati, O.P Building Auditorium ng University of Santo Tomas sa Biyernes, November 22, 2024 mula alas-5 ng hapon.
Mula sa 100 song entries, 12 song finalists ang napili upang mapabilang sa mga bagong processional song na gagamitin sa mga Banal na Misa, tulad ng entrance, offertory, communion, at recessional songs.
Bukod dito, isasama rin ang mga awitin sa album production, at makatatanggap ng cash prizes na nagkakahalaga ng P300,000 para sa grand champion; P150,000 sa first runner-up; P75,000 sa second runner-up, habang ang nalalabing finalists ay makatatanggap ng tig-P10,000 at plaque of recognition.

Ang 12 finalists ay sumailalim sa pagsusuri ng preliminary screeners mula sa Philippine Women’s University, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, Santa Isabel College, at University of Santo Tomas.
Samantala, magsisilbi namang final judges para sa tatanghaling grand champion sina Ms. Jamie Rivera; Fr. Manoling Francisco, SJ; Fr. Carlo Magno Marcelo; Fr. Leo Nilo Mangussad; Novaliches Bishop Emeritus Antonio Tobias, Jr.; Mr. Vehnee Saturno; at Atty. Domingo Reyes, Jr.
Una nang sinabi ni Radio Veritas President, Fr. Anton CT. Pascual, na mahalaga ang musika sa pagpapalago ng pananampalataya na siyang layunin ng Himig ng Katotohanan na may temang “Synodality: Fellowship, Participation and Mission”.
