In observance of the National History Month and in celebration of the Extraordinary Jubilee Year of Mercy, the seventh of the 2016 Katolikong Pinoy formation Series will focus on the theme “The Eucharist, the Blessed History and Heroism.”
Radio Veritas 846, the number one faith-based AM radio in the Philippines, is inviting the public to take part in this month’s Katolikong Pinoy Formation Series on August 20, 2016. Ms. Emma V. Sinclair, Director II of Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) – Regional Welfare Office – National Capital Region (RWO-NCR) will be the speaker for this month.
The 2016 Katolikong Pinoy Formation Series is a year-long activity at the Lay Formation Center (LAYFORCE) program of the Archdiocese of Manila with the general theme, “Year of Mercy: A Season of Grace to Renew, Respond and Reconcile.” The talks are held every third Saturday of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Lay Formation Center, San Carlos Pastoral Formation Complex, EDSA Guadalupe, Makati City. Admission is free.
The seventh of the 2016 Katolikong Pinoy Formation Series will be aired live in Radio Veritas 846 on the AM band and in TV Maria on Dream Channel 1, Sky Cable Channel 210 and Global Destiny Channel 96.
