San Juan de Dios Parish Church, also known as San Rafael Church, is a 19th-century Roman Catholic Church situated in Brgy. Poblacion, in San Rafael, Bulacan. Its titular patron is St. John of God and Saint Raphael archangel as the secondary patron saint.

It was the site of the historic battle on September 30, 1896 between the Spanish Guardia Civil and the Katipuneros of Bulacan. A historical marker by the National Historical Commission of the Philippines was installed in front of the church in 1997.

Currently, Rev. Fr. Alejandro C. Enriquez serves as San Juan de Dios Parish priest and Rev. Fr. Ehersey Giovanni Sulit as its Parochial Vicar.

Radio Veritas 846 is owned and operated by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila. Established in 1969, the Ramon Magsaysay recipient Catholic radio station continues to be the leading social communications ministry for truth and evangelization in the country today.

Barangay Simbayanan airs from Monday to Friday from 8 to 10 am. Anchored by Ms. Angelique Lazo with different priests for each day, the news and social concerns program features Church ministries, commissions, organizations and lay groups that responds to a particular need of a sector or community.

Meanwhile, Pamilya Mo, Pamilya Ko also airs from Monday to Friday, from 10 to 11:55 in the morning. The magazine program discusses family matters and is anchored by Bernard Canaberal and Jovie Barreto with priest anchors.
