Mas pinabilis ng PAGIBIG Fund ang paghahatid ng serbisyo sa mga kasapi ng institusyon.
Ito ang pahayag ni Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary at PAGIBIG Fund Chairman Jose Rizalino Acuzar sa paglunsad ng Virtual PAGIBIG mobile application.
Ayon sa opisyal, ito ay pakikiisa ng institusyon sa programang digitalization ng pamahalaan upang gamitin ang makabagong teknolohiya sa paglilingkod sa mga Pilipino.
“Pag-IBIG Fund continues to bring its services closer to its members, this time through the use of information technology.
The Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App is among our many ways of adhering to the call of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. to make Pag-IBIG’s services and benefits even more accessible to our members,” ayon kay Acuzar.
Sa nasabing mobile app maaring makita ng PAGIBIG Fund members ang kanilang savings, annual divedend, payment history at loan balance.
Makikita rin dito ang loan payments mula sa iba’t ibang payment channel at due dates ng pagbabayad na makatutulong sa mga miyembrong maiwasang makaligtaan ang bayarin.
Samantala sinabi naman ni Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Acmad Rizaldy Moti na paiigtingin pa ng institusyon ang serbisyo gamit ang mobile application kabilang na ang online application sa housing at cash loans at online payment.
Ayon kay Moti, mula nang ilunsad ang Virtual PAGIBIG noong 2019 humigit kumulang sa apat na milyong kasapi ang gumagamit nito kaya’t gumawa na rin ng mobile application para mas mapabilis ang access ng mga miyembro.
“We shall continuously develop our mobile app to have our full range of services so that it can provide all our members another safe, convenient and secure means of accessing their Pag-IBIG benefits, 24/7. With the Virtual Pag-IBIG Mobile App, we are truly bringing Pag-IBIG Fund’s services to the palm of our members’ hands,” ani Moti.
