Gamiting ehemplo ang mga Santo ng simbahang katolika upang makapamuhay na naayon sa layunin ng Panginoon.
Ito ang mensahe ni Diocese of Antipolo Bishop Ruperto Santos sa paggunita ng All Saints Days sa November 1 at All Souls day sa November 2, 2024.
Umaasa si Bishop Santos na katulad ng mga santo ay piliin ng mga mananampalataya ang kabanalan sa kanilang pamumuhay kung saan nananatili ang pagpapakumbaba at pagpapahalaga sa pagdedebosyon at pagmamahal sa kapwa.
“All Saints’ Day is a beautiful and holy celebration in the Catholic Church where we honor all the saints, both the canonized and the countless others who lived holy lives. We commemorate their faith, virtues, and the profound impact they’ve had on our spiritual journeys. This day calls us to remember these exemplary lives, reflect on their teachings, and relive their legacy through our own acts of faith. It’s a time of joy and deep spiritual reflection, celebrating the communion of saints in Heaven, Let us recall their sacrifices and draw inspiration from their journey to guide our own. What can we learn from them? Hinimok ng Obispo ang mananampalataya na gamiting inspirasyon at pag-asa ang legacy na iniwan ng mga santo sa pagharap sa anumang pagsubok sa buhay at maging daluyan ng pagmamahal ng panginoon sa kapwa.
Ipinaalala din ni Bishop Santos sa mga mananampalataya na alalahin at ipagdasal ang mga yumaong mahal sa buhay.

Noong 2023 All Saints day ay hinimok ni Pope Francis ang mga mananampalataya na sundin ang layunin ng panginoon na maging banal ang pamumuhay upang maging nagkakaisang simbahan na sama-sama sa paglalakbay.
