Radio Veritas, the leading Church-based AM radio station in the Philippines, will air the fifth Servant Leadership Halalan Forum 2016 on Monday, March 28, 2016 from 9am to 11:00am.
The panelists for the Halalan forum include the President of the Philippine Disaster Recovery Foundation and Pacific Global One Mr. Rene “Butch” Meily, the Chairman of Makati Business Club and Vice Chairman of Caritas Manila Mr. Ramon Del Rosario Jr., and Independent Chairman of the Board of the Philippine Stock Exchange, and Chairman of the board and Independent Director of the Philippine Seven Corporation Mr. Jose T. Prado. They will talk about the sixth quality of a servant leader which is CONCEPTUALIZATION (May malinaw at konkretong programa at plataporma ng pamumuno; nagsusulong ng mga proyekto at patas na magbibigay ng solusyon sa mga problema ng kanyang nasasakupan).
The Veritas Servant Leadership Halalan Forum 2016 is a Radio Veritas special election forum series that focuses on the 10 qualities of a servant leader that should be the gauge for the voters in choosing their candidates.
Since March 7, notable leaders from various sectors are invited to share their views on the following qualities of a servant leader: listening, empathy, healing, awareness, persuasion, conceptualization, foresight, stewardship, commitment to the growth of the people, and building community.
Last week, Veritas aired the fourth “Veritas Servant Leadership Halalan Forum 2016”, with Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP) President, Br. Narciso Erguiza, Associate Professor of the College of Arts and Sciences and member and Board of Trustees at University of Asia and the Pacific Antonio Jose N. Torralba, Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA) Administrator Rebecca Calzado and Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) spokesperson and head of the Public Information Services Unit Charles Jose.
They discussed the importance of “awareness” as a quality of a servant leader.
Veritas Servant Leadership Halalan Forum 2016 can also be watched through live streaming atwww.veritas846.ph and will have a delayed telecast at TV Maria aired at Dream Satellite’s Channel 12, Sky Cable’s Channel 160, and Global Destiny’s Channel 91.
