Inaanyayahan ng Jesuit Music Ministry (JMM) ang mga amateur at professional songwriters na lumahok sa National Songwriting Competition.
Ito ay para sa theme song ng ikalimang pagbisita ng relikya ni St. Therese of the Child Jesus sa Pilipinas.
Sa pabatid ng JMM ito ay inisyatibo ng National Organizing Committee of the 5th Philippine Visit of the Pilgrim Relic of St. Therese of the Child Jesus sa pakikipagtulungan ng Jesuit Communications.
Sa anunsyo ng Centennial Reliquary nakatakda sa January 2 hanggang April 30, 2023 ang ikalimang pagbisita ng relikya sa Pilipinas.
“The National Organizing Committee of the 5th Philippine Visit of the Pilgrim Relic of St. Therese of the Child Jesus and JesCom’s Jesuit Music Ministry invite everyone to join the “National Songwriting Competition for the 5th Visit of the Relics of St. Therese of the Child Jesus: “Lakbay Tayo, St. Thérèse. Ka-alagad, Kaibigan, Ka-misyon,” bahagi ng anunsyo.
Matatandaang February 2018 nang dumating sa Pilipinas ang relikya ng santo na tinanggap sa isang seremonya sa San Fernando de Dilao Parish sa Paco Manila.
Si Santa Teresa ay tanyag sa mga Pilipino bilang huwaran ng pagiging payak na pamumuhay at kababaang loob na paglilingkod sa Panginoon.
Siya ay madre ng cloistered Carmelite community ng Lisieux, Normandy noong 1888 at namatay sa edad na 24 taong gulang dahil sa tuberculosis.
Tanyag din si St. Therese dahil sa Basilica of Lisieux na ikalawang pinakamalaking pilgrimage center sa France kasunod ng Lourdes.
